My thoughts
Based on the latest GN interview I figured it good to let others know who might not watch the video or visit the site how to handle claims issues that might have been denied improperly or customers who were improperly charged for warranty repairs. Additionally this goes over some high level commitments from Asus on how things will be handled moving forward which we'll have to see how that goes I guess.
